Many companies use disposable packaging, such as cardboard boxes or plastic bags, for small orders. At first glance, this appears to be a quick and simple solution. The better solution is to use WERIT stackable containers, which can be stacked when full and nested into each other when empty to save space.
Space-saving in the warehouse
Swivel stack containers can be stacked when full and are very stable thanks to their robust design and high load-bearing capacity. When empty, the stack achieves a volume reduction of 65%, which makes optimum use of the storage volume.
The volume-reducible plastic containers from WERIT are used in both internal and external logistics because of their special properties. They are impact-resistant, unbreakable and dimensionally stable and are therefore suitable for automatic conveyor technology in addition to manual handling.

WERIT DSB-N stacking containers in intralogistics applications
Conveyor systems and containers play an important role in an intralogistics system. The free-moving, intelligent Open Shuttles from KNAPP open up new dimensions for the flexible organisation of warehouse processes. Open Shuttles are driverless transport systems (AGV) and move completely freely and without guidelines in the available space.

The Clean Box from Bio-Circle
Bio-Circle Surface Technology GmbH is an internationally active company with its headquarters in Gütersloh, North Rhine-Westphalia. Founded in 1985 as a two-man business by the graduate engineers Ulrich and Manfred Berens, the company has stood for the development, production and sale of chemical and biotechnological products in the field of surface technology for more than 30 years.
Bio-Circle uses the WERIT DSB-N rotary stacking container for the "CLEAN BOX" mobile parts washers. The different versions of the CLEAN BOX are effectively suited for pre-cleaning small, but also large and difficult-to-handle parts. This makes this concept applicable in many factory and production areas, e.g. in maintenance, mechanical engineering or industrial construction. The CLEAN BOXes are characterised above all by their circulation system, easy handling and the use of low-temperature cleaners.

In addition to the various customised methods of identification, we also offer you specific material solutions for a wide range of applications. Depending on customer requirements and material specifications, WERIT adapts series production to produce customised UV-protected, antimicrobial or food-safe crates, for example. Our plastic containers are ideal for a wide range of applications.
Our customers rely on WERIT STERiline containers, especially when it comes to hygiene issues, low germ densities or low germ concentrations. We use a special additive on all surfaces that come into contact with the product, which counteracts contamination of the filling media - bacteria, algae, fungi and viruses no longer stand a chance. People and the environment are very important to us, which is why we do not use any chemical biocides or highly volatile nanomaterials.
The space-saving all-rounder
For efficient working and maximum storage space utilisation
Swivel stacking containers is a fixed term and refers to a specific form of plastic container. In this case, the design is particularly space-saving, which primarily relates to stackability. Due to the stepped edge, it is possible to nest the empty containers inside each other without any problems. The base of one container fits into the upper area of the other, which reduces the storage volume. Space savings of up to 65 per cent can be achieved in this area.
Swivel stack containers are sometimes also referred to commercially as two-phase containers or space-saving containers. They are manufactured using the injection moulding process, whereby we rely solely on HDPE. The advantages of our stackable containers are their ability to be handled manually and their integration into automatic conveyor systems. The high load capacity and low weight are decisive factors for their versatile use.
Material properties, areas of application and accessories
Quality for every industry
Our stackable containers are resistant to both acids and alkalis and can withstand both cold and heat. We can guarantee that they are food-safe, meaning that they can also be used in the food industry without any problems. The material is unmixed and therefore 100 per cent recyclable, which also fulfils the aspects of environmental protection and sustainability. Furthermore, thanks to the smooth surface and inner walls, swivel stack containers can be cleaned without any "ifs and buts" and are supplied with ergonomic handles throughout. This makes cleaning particularly easy and efficient, which makes storing the contents hygienically safe.
The stackable containers are available both in closed form and with perforated bases and/or sides. In addition to recessed handles, versions with two handle openings are also available. The base area of our standard sizes is 400 x 300 millimetres, alternatively 600 x 400 millimetres. We also offer various types of lids to protect the contents of the containers.
Various accessories are also available for the stackable containers. We offer both slip-on lids and crocodile lids and also keep an extensive range of trolleys in stock for you.
