Plastic pallets and plastic containers for electrostatically sensitive components

WERIT transports all these attributes into its product world. For example, the innovative H1-L plastic pallet was created in line with this guiding principle. It was specially developed for the automotive industry and its suppliers. As a conductive, antistatic plastic pallet, it protects electrostatically sensitive components from becoming charged.

The range is complemented by reusable transport packaging such as the Euronorm ESD stacking boxes, which are also made from electrostatically conductive plastic. The design and material prevent possible electrostatic discharge. They are suitable for manual handling but also for automatic conveyor technology. Plastic pallets and plastic containers are unbreakable, dimensionally stable, durable, resistant to cold and heat and 100% recyclable.

Another example of the extensive range of half, Euro and industrial pallets for different applications is the Euro pallet IKP1208 with a 22 mm outer edge. Specially developed for the automotive and supplier industry, this plastic pallet offers a high level of load security when using KLT containers and blister packs.

Intermediate bulk container for liquids

With numerous product lines and four different sizes of Intermediate Bulk Container, the company covers the needs of liquid storage and transport. The WERIT IBCs are available with capacities of 300, 600, 800 and 1000 litres. The product range also offers different equipment variants for various applications and fillers, e.g. for AdBlue®. Special IBCs with UN approval are even suitable for hazardous goods and flammable substances such as petrol.

IBC valve - You can't get any tighter

In addition to IBCs, WERIT also offers a comprehensive range of accessories to ensure use in any industry environment. Customers value safety and reliability, especially when handling hazardous substances. Problems with the outlet fittings can lead to unsightly discolouration and loss of material. There is also a risk of toxic vapours, which can seriously affect the health of employees. To prevent this, our development department has designed valves that are among the tightest on the market, even after repeated use. This means that not a single drop is lost, even under the worst conditions.

Reconditioning - environmental protection made easy

WERIT is committed to reconditioning. This means returning our IBCs to the resource cycle (take-back system via the PACKONE ticket service). The high demand for our RECOline programme shows that we are on the right track.

WERIT containers and pallets are also 100% recyclable. Our H1-R plastic pallet or the IKP plastic pallet product family, for example, are made from pure HDPE regrind. Ecological production and packaging is not only important for your customers, our partners also attach great importance to sustainable business practices.
