In addition to the various customised methods of identification, we also offer you specific material solutions for a wide range of applications. WERIT adapts series production according to customer wishes and material requirements in order to produce customised UV-protected, antimicrobial or food-safe crates, for example.
Our customers place their trust in WERIT STERIline containers, especially when it comes to hygiene issues, low germ densities or low germ concentrations. We use a special additive on all surfaces that come into contact with the product, which counteracts contamination of the filling media - bacteria, algae, fungi and viruses no longer stand a chance. People and the environment are very important to us, which is why we do not use chemical biocides or highly volatile nanomaterials. All stacking boxes in the WERIT range are suitable for storage and transport and are made from high-quality thermoplastic PP or HDPE plastic. Both the dimensional stability and the deformation properties at high and low temperatures are optimal and the corresponding certificates and requirements are also available for all alkalis and acids customary in the industry. The stacking boxes are characterised by their stackability, which is already reflected in their name. The boxes can be stacked perfectly on top of each other and are also compatible with larger units such as pallets. Furthermore, most of our products are also suitable for cleaning in special washing systems and naturally also fit on conveyor belts. These are established and standardised stacking boxes, often classic Euro containers.
