The load carriers from WERIT also impress with their first-class hygiene standards, high dimensional stability, universal usability and cost-effectiveness thanks to an effective reusable system. The EURO H1 hygiene pallet is a recognised load carrier in the meat industry. It is labelled as a pooling pallet by the GS1 seal and can be exchanged throughout Europe. Standardised crate systems, the H2 half pallet and E-crates, E1-E3, are compatible. The welded runners ensure a high standard of hygiene and smooth running on roller conveyors. Approach slopes, centre locking and anti-slip edges ensure a perfect workflow. The EURO H1 has a long service life and is used not only in the food industry but also in other industrial sectors such as pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
In addition to GS1 labelling, the pallets also have the DIN plus certificate and the GS mark for tested safety.

As a hygiene pallet, the Euro H1 pallet is primarily used to transport fresh goods. The fact that these pallets are made of plastic means that these load carriers can be perfectly cleaned and disinfected. Compared to the porous material wood, there are many advantages, particularly in terms of hygiene and safety. Every Euro H1 pallet is made of pure HDPE and can be driven under from four sides. In addition, the plastic pallets can easily withstand temperatures below freezing and are supplied with closed runners. Typical areas of application are the meat industry, but also the food industry in general. It is the most frequently used plastic pallet in Europe. The dimensions of a Euro H1 pallet are 1,200 x 800 millimetres with a height of 160 millimetres. Even when used dynamically, the load capacity is more than one tonne and statically even several tonnes.
